When processing your booking with payment via LDN Hire, we may ask for relevant financial information such as payment card type, number and expiration date to enable us to complete your booking along with your driver license information.
We will also ask you for identification as proof of identity and proof of address which could be passport, driver license, utility bill or bank statements.

This information enables us to process your booking and contact you regarding your inquiry/booking should there be any additional information required which also allows us to communicate with you directly. Information provided will only be kept and used for your unique rental agreement and will securely be disposed when the rental agreement has ended and account in relation to all other aspects of rental has been closed.

Each visitor of our website will enter with a unique IP address which we collect when you visit our website.  Your IP address does not contain any personal information about you, however, some information may be automatically provided to us by your computer.
